Huge amount of data in C:\Windows\temp on Enterprise server

Hi,

Anyone seen this, we are having alot of files here (on our backup server, enterprise edt):

C:\windows\temp

in the format of
directory
{3cd7f443-7dc4-4c3f-b27c-d55031bad87f}
file in directory
{3cd7f443-7dc4-4c3f-b27c-d55031bad87f}.bak

Has anyone else seen this? Are they generated when we run a restore? But we dont do this amount of restores, so highly unlikely.

Hm, it might be this then.
But SYSTEM have full access on C:\Windows\temp...
