Installer Progress Bars...
Keep going up and down repeatedly. Seems a bit pointless as it gives no indication at all as to how long it will take, which is surely their purpose?

Hi James, what component are you installing (full release or update)? At what particular moment do you observe this behavior? Overall, this looks unexpected, so I suggest contacting support for a closer look.

Probably some 3rd party component installation (such as SQL Server), or starting services, or something else we can't predict how long will take.
