My backup storage is not enough place to save too many backup files. I'm only need 30 Copy Only. Is it possible to setup a retention policy for this purpose?

Yes, you can either use reversed incremental or forever forward incremental backup modes. BTW, if you want to estimate how much space your backups will consume, I would suggest to install free version of Veeam ONE and take a look at VM change rate estimation report.
