Hello,
after upgrading to the latest Veeam version, which includes a new version of Putty, i keep getting an error when trying to create SSH private key credentials.
Veeam keeps saying "Failed to parse the private key file".
I've tried with multiple formats and i have a case open (07275325).
Just wondering if any of you experienced this post upgrade?
David

Re: Issue creating SSH private key credentials
Hi David,
Thank you for sharing the case details and information, and sorry to hear about the difficulties. I've not yet heard of issues about the private key handling, so please continue with the Support Engineer.
Just to confirm, the requirements from our User Guide here are met?

Yes. The strange thing is that the same exact procedure worked prior to the upgrade. I'll keep working with support
