Item Tab missing in Veeam Backup Enterprise Manager

Hi All,

I installed the Veeam Backup Enterprise Manager on my Backup Server but the "Item" tab is missing.
In VBR I can restore Application Items. This is all working correct. File Restore also works over the Enterprise Manager. But this Item tab is missing.

I have the latest Update 4 installed... (9.5.4.2615)
Any Ideas? Thank you!

Hi TomQB,

Welcome to Veeam Community forums and thanks for posting.

Could you please restart the EM UI and if the tab does not appear share a screenshot of the whole UI along with the EM build number (that can be checked in the "Configuration" --> "About" menu section)?

nope, the tab is still missing. Also after a complete server restart.

Hi TomQB,

Just got the info it may be a known bug with the Enterprise edition. Please reach out to our support team directly to confirm you're experiencing the same issue, and get a hotfix (which is already available).
