I have several jobs created that backup VM's on a 1 to 1 basis, 1 job for 1 VM. Is it possible to take the existing backups and consolidate them into one job? If so, how would I do that?
~Thanks

Re: Job Consolidation
- Create a backup copy job, selecting existing backup jobs as its source
- Let the backup copy job finish its initial cycle, creating a valid restore point (be aware to specify different target repository for it. Otherwise, it will sit in "idle" state)
- Create new backup job, mapping it to the backups created by the backup copy job
Thanks.

Re: Job Consolidation
Thanks for you reply Eremin. It's telling me that I have to move all the backups to the new repository before I can create the backup copy job.

Re: Job Consolidation
A brand new backup copy job shouldn't ask you to do that. You can ask support for guidance in performing the described procedure.
