Job Replica with VSS only for any VM

I have a replica job with 5 VM, 4 windows server and 1 linux

I need to enable vss for 1 of this windows server, only for this.. possible without create a new dedicate job ?

You need to go to the Advanced settings of Guest Processing (Job options -> Guest Processing -> Advanced) and explicitly prohibits AAIP on these VMs ("disable application processing"). Thanks.
