Keep 1 restore point for dead server

It's been awhile since I used Veeam B&R but I seem to remember being able to have a setting that would keep one restore point for an old dead server that didn't exist any more. So if that server didn't exist any more I could keep a single restore point for it in case I needed to restore some files. If that is the case where is the setting to control that? I only see a setting to control how many restore points to keep on disk, but nothing about restore points for old servers not being backed up any more.
