LHR after evacuating still showing obviously 5.5 TB data - how to get that out?

Post by cpfleger »

I am running a v13 LHR and besides of regular backup jobs I used it to also move (Veeamover) backups onto it (refering to it here now as the old LHR).

Recently turned the old LHR into maintenance mode to evacuate all data to a new LHR.
After successfully finishing the evacuation tasks the capacity of the evacuated old LHR shows 0 TB used while still about 5.5TB less capacity available than the total capacity.
That obviously means that there are still some data on the old LHR.

Restarted evacuation but it finished quickly mentioning nothing to do.

Is there a way to see what data is still on the old LHR left?

Adding the old LHR as a File Server didn't work, so I do not see a way to copy that data out somehow?
Or am I missing a method to see and copy that data?

Currently parsing through the properties of all Disk imported backups (to - if I find that data left initiate move) - but that is a highly time consuming task.

Regards!

Evacuation cannot delete immutable backups, which is probably the reason. Perhaps evacuation log files reflect all immutable files that the process was unable to delete. It's a strange need tbh as people usually just nuke "old" repositories altogether after completing their evacuation.
