Hi,
I am trying to ask our reseller the correct licensing quote. Here is our situation:
We have a perpetual license for Veeam Backup and Replication Enterprise Edition, support is expiring soon and we are migrating the hardware from 3 ESX hosts (2 sockets) to 3 ESX hosts (1 socket)
On top of that we want to backup files on the backup server itself and copy backup jobs (both local files on the backup server and vSpehere VM backups) to Azure Blob storage.
Can somebody confirm what licenses I should request? I have asked for a renewal of our 6 socket to 4 plus a Veeam agent backup licenses. Is that correct?

Hi Thomas.
Veeam Renewals representative will contact you shortly to discuss possible renew\migration paths as there are few combinations possible.
/Thanks!

Re: License renewal question
Just a side note - you don't seem to protect anything besides virtual machines, so, you don't need to have additional instance licenses. Thanks!
