Licensing problems - Veeam why so difficult?

This morning got a message Veeam was updated. I download the update and it disables all my jobs. I download our latest license key and it won't install with an error "incompatible package types". Seems we have this or a similar problem on every upgrade. This time, I went to put in a support ticket. It would not accept my support ID. I think a ticket did go through (Case #06396518), but it might have gone to your sales department or something. I don't know. Would like to have backups running again soon though.

Just remove whatever license you have installed and you should be able to install the downloaded one.
