Looking for Veeam Admin for Hire

Hello Forum Folks,

I own an mid-sized MSP in Northern, CA and we're looking to hire a full-time backup admin who's primary focus would be "owning" our backup infrastructure and customers backup systems. Here are some quick details about the size of the environment (and growing):

**75 VBR Appliances (at customers premises)
- mixed Hyper-V/Vmware/Agents
- appliance means a physical box where backups are maintened and performed from

**100+ Agent for Windows/Linux
- customers with different cloud environments primarily

**Bi-Coastal Data Centers w/CloudConnect Infrastructure
- hundreds of Terabytes offsite in each Data Center
- bi-coastal replicating storage arrays

**Veeam Availability Console

We want someone to own all of this, manage, maintain, write policies and procedures, get customer sign-off on data footprint, help design and architect going forward etc.. If this sounds of interest send me a PM , we're working on creating a JD (job description) which I can send out come Monday.
