Migrate license form socket to VUL

My question is the following. I want to migrate my socket licensing to VUL. And I doubt how many instances the VUL licensing becomes.

Example.
I have licensed Veeam Backup for 20 sockets. When converting to VUL, how many instances can you backup when converting to VUL?
