From their production cluster (3 hosts, shared iSCSI storage) we replicate each critical VM every night to a secondary site over a MPLS link. At the moment the target is a single VMware host on 5.5 with 2TB local storage. I have built a new DR cluster which contains 2 hosts with Fibre Channel Shared storage (re-using old kit).
What is the best way to move the replica's from the old DR host to the new DR cluster, and ensure Veeam can point at the new DR cluster to carry on the replication each night. I want to avoid setting up new jobs and having replicating everything from scratch.
You can use either replication or Quick Migration to move replica VMs to the new cluster an then edit your existing jobs to change the target and map them to existing replicas.
