We have Veeam Backup and FastSCP Version 4.1.1 and would like to migrate VM's from ESX3.5 to vSphere 4.1 at the remote location.
How it should work?

Hi, actually this is simply impossible, because Veeam Backup and Replication version 4.1.1 does not support vSphere 4.1 (see the sticky topic in the main forum on the latest product versions for more information). Thanks!
