Hello,
We will be migrating our hosts from two clusters to a single EVC enabled cluster, same VCSA. Will we have to do anything with our VBR Backup jobs, Post-Cluster migration?

Hello,
no, you don't need to change anything. The VM-IDs (Mo-RefID) are manged by the VCenter. So cluster-change has no influence.
