Monthly full Backup

Hi to all

my configuration is a veeam backup and replication 11 that backup an vmware 5.5 infrastructure.

i want to keep one full monthly backup with only 1 retention on a nas.

every months it will start on saturday and rewrite last backup.

I've scheduled a full monthly backup with 1 retention backup on a NAS, the scheduation is configured as above

all vm of esxi are saved,

-backup repository on NAS

-retention policy 1 restore points

-advanced job settings ( incremental without create sybnthetic full) and active full backup on first saturday of month.

Backup started and give successful response, but 0 bytes was saved

Where am i wrong?

Hi Alessandro, please open the job session and review the task log, there might be something pointing to the cause for such behavior. If not, feel free to open a case with Veeam technical support - the job debug logs will definitely tell the reason for the issue.

Thanks for reply, i've checked log, it says that job successful, but 0 bytes copied ...
Now i try to remove active full option, an see what happends, in case of problems
as you suggest i'll open a case with veeam technical support.
