Well done! But does it mean they are still using Win 2003 and 2008R2? I would definitely advise them to migrate all the servers to Win 2022. The have a huge security issue right now and as someone being responsible for their IT, I would suggest to create a future proof plan to migrate every 5 years (maybe 7 if budget is really a thing) to new hardware and OS'es. The risks are to high these days, especially for SMB-markets.
But again, great you've got it sorted for now.

As I said earlier in the post, this is a typical small Italian company, where the owner sees IT as a necessary evil and not as an investment.
Consequently the less they spend on IT the better is.
You have to think that they are still using a very old Alphaserver DS20 OpenVMS for the billing and accounting software. For now we are able to find spares on the US broker market.
