MS-Exchange VSSControl: Failed to freeze guest, wait timeout

Hello,

We are experiencing below error when trying to backup active node in Exchange DAG.
When the backup is done against the passive node, no issues are encountered.

Tests has been performed after adding the VM via vCenter and also from the host directly while anti-virus programs disabled,
but same error is encountered.

Current setup is on,

Veeam 7.0.0.715
Exchange 2010

Appreciate any advice to identify and resolve this issue.

Yajith, have you tried to increase VSS timeouts as suggested in the following KB article?
