My Cloud WD Disk

Hi Guys,
In our Office we are trying to copy the backup files to the Network HDD,
today we have bought the WD my Cloud with 3TB disk storage,
I have created a share on the WD which is accessible with \\IP\Sharename.
I've added the share on the VEEAM server Repository to backup to. however the backup is failing everytime I am trying to do it.
if I chose copy back job it does not work, if I chose a new backup it does works.
why the backup works and copy job does not ?

any suggestions why ? have I attached the share correctly ? or is there is a different way to do it ?

Sorry for the post,
is a false alarm, i managed to get it fixed,
the username and password of the share were wrong, now the copy backup is running
