No network on replica

Testing the Veeam BR 8. Trying to perform replica from ESXi 5.1 to remote ESXi 5.5. The replicated machine looks Ok expect network - it has network adapter, but it not connected to any network and do not provide possibility to setup connection. "The host does not have any virtual machine networks. To configure a network go to host's configuration and click Add Networking""
Both ESCi has the same port groups with same names on distributed switch also with the same names.
Any ideas?

What about VM networks, do you see them in the list of available networks in the VM configuration?
