Hi there,
I'm a bit stuck with my design, I've read the BPG for Nutanix and it strongly recommends using NFS however I really want to take advantage of ReFS' space efficiencies without having to resort to a dedup appliance.
Are there any recommendations anyone can give? Also, would I need to go to NBD mode if I wasn't using NFS?
Thanks,
Ed

Re: Nutanix NFS vs ReFS for the Repository
I am not sure about the situation. You speak about backup target and mix it with VMware backup protocolls.
Can you please describe the situation a bit more deeply.
Which Storage do you have under VMware with what protocoll?
What backup target to you use with what protocoll?
