Is there any way of replicating directly from native Nutanix to VMware using VEEAM for a business continuity solution?
Current setup involves backing up Nutanix using VEEAM, taking a backup copy, then sending that via cloud connect to a datacentre. In the event if a disaster the VM's are then spun up using VEEAM Instant Recovery. Seems a bit convoluted to me.
Thanks.

Re: Nutanix to VMware
hi Andy
No, that's not possible today. You can't replicate between different hypervisor.
They only way possible is as you already mentioned to use instant vm recovery.

Mildur, thanks for the quick reply, even if it wasn't the answer I was hoping for.
