Hi, on a file server windows 2012 r2 when using guest processing i see this error : (volsnap eventi id 39)
When preparing a new volume shadow copy for volume \\?\Volume{87b04c0f-fae9-11e4-80ba-806e6f6e6963}, the shadow copy storage on volume D: could not be located in non-critical space. Consider using a shadow copy storage volume that does not have any shadow copies
the volume has is a 800gb disk with 322gb free, (D: disk) the vss repo is on another dedicated disk (e: disk) 50gb disk with 11gb free and the vss is limited to 40gb; vss make 2 daily snapshot and are working well but unable to make backup with veeam, with this blocking error:

Cannot create a shadow copy of the volumes containing writer's data.

i know maybe a space problem on disk e:, i can double E disk but if i put vss unlimitied will be a day when it go to 100gb and is again full..... i lost something ?

is not a support case. i think i do now... hoping solution fromo forum before but nothing... i go with support
