one of three backup vm failed

Hello,

I on behalf of the customer,
my customer case number : #05536173

customer environment as below:
- 1 Veeam Server (physical)
- 1 ESXi V6.0 with 3 VMs (AD DS, Fileserver, AV SEPM)
one of our VM(AD DS) failed to backup, for an error like this:
2022-07-14 1:30:39 PM :: Processing AD DS Error: VDDK error: 13 (You do not have access rights to this file). Value: 0x000000000000000d
Failed to upload disk.
Agent failed to process method {DataTransfer.SyncDisk}.
Exception from server: VDDK error: 13 (You do not have access rights to this file). Value: 0x000000000000000d
Unable to retrieve next block transmission command. Number of already processed blocks: [3156].
Failed to download disk 'AD DS-flat.vmdk'.

This happened about 2 weeks ago, and I attach the capture below.
In my customer's open case, a backup job and capture log is also attached.

Thanks for the case, I see it was opened yesterday.
So my advice for the customer is to keep working with our support.
