Hi,
actually we have two locations with a vCenter (6.5) on each side. Both locations are connected with 1GBit. On each locations is a Veeam Backup &Replication Server 9.5 installed.
We are planning to install one vCenter for easyier Management on both locations in Location A.
When we configure the Backup on Location B via vCenter on Location A, will all Data send from B to vCenter in A to store on NAS in B?
Best regards

Re: One vCenter, two locations
Hi,
All dataflow happens between Veeam components and does not involve usage of vCenter. Just make sure that all proxies and gateway servers for backup jobs serving VMs in B are located in B.
Thanks

Re: One vCenter, two locations
One thing to note: our broker service polls vCenter periodically to get information about all objects in the vSphere environment. So while backup traffic doesn't leverage vCenter, broker polling will need to traverse the WAN.
