Hello dear community,
I am trying to open some ports on the helper proxy from my virtual lab. However, I am a bit overwhelmed with this.
Also the US layout is annoying me.
Can one of you tell me how to change the layout and how to open ports?
Unfortunately I can't find any documentation on veeam.

Re: Open Ports on Helper Proxy
Hello,
I think you should log in to the proxy appliance and adjust iptables. But may I ask you to explain a bit what is the purpose to open additional ports on the proxy?
Thanks!

Re: Open Ports on Helper Proxy
Hello,
thank you for your answer.
According to our SAP admin, certain ports must be opened because he cannot reach the server in the virtual lab with his SAP client. He had already adjusted the IP accordingly in the client, so he suspects the ports.

Re: Open Ports on Helper Proxy
Hello,
I would recommend opening a support request in order to find the exact root cause based on debug logs analysis instead of trying different assumptions. It would be much easier to think about a solution once we know where is the source of the problem. You may share a support case ID over here for our reference.
Thanks!
