oracle explorer pit restore

Hi,

are there any detailed informations available about the different restore methods available with oracle explorer?
I'm interested to understand when and where temporary database and redo log files will be created during restore sessions and how large they could go (dependent on transaction log "bucket" and database size)

I'm not sure I understand what do you mean by "temporary database", are you talking about data publishing or about data restore?
