Hi,
is it possible to use rman plugin combined with transaction log backup AND storage system snapshots?

Not 100% sure what the ask is.
Veeam Plug-in for RMAN allows you do create RMAN based backups and forward it to a Veeam Repository. So the DBA can scheduled and work on backups and restores independantly from Backup & Replication. RMAN can run full, differential and log backups as usual.
There is no direct connection with the image level backups and their storage integration.
Those can run independant in parallel.
In case you want to create log backups on both solution, you just need to check that only one of the solution takes care about the Archive Log deletion so that there are no gaps on both sides.
