Password issue after upgrading VBR and Vsphere
I upgraded VBR to 10.0.1.4854; then upgraded two of my vCenter server appliances from 6.7 to 7.01.
Now Veeam doesn't see the "new" (but named the same) VCSAs.
Is there an article or KB somewhere that deals with how to fix this? My google-fu has failed once again and I can't find one...yet.

Turns out it was, as I suspected, a certificate error. I did some machine cert cleanup on my VBR vm, rebooted, then putty'd into each VCSA, which downloaded the new certs. Rebooted, re-scanned the VCSAs in VBR - Backup Infrastructure - managed servers - vmware vsphere - vcenter servers (whew!), and I'm good to go now.

Usually it is enough to run through the Veeam Manages Server Wizard for vCenter again and you will be prompted to accept the new certificate (popup).

That's what I'd remembered too, but I would only get the "Host VCSA01 is not available. Error: Cannot complete login due to an incorrect user name or password." error when I would go thru the wizard.
After accepting the cert popup when logging into it via putty, then the cert popup worked in Veeam.
