I buy the Veeam Backup Essentials Enterprise per socker license.
Does it included Veeamone?

Veeam Backup Essentials always includes Veeam One.
You can find it documented in the licensing policy in 1.2. Standalone Offerings (non-Veeam Universal Licenses):

Offerings included:
- Veeam Backup & Replication (with Socket License Unit limitations)
- Veeam ONE
