Post-command on a job with SQL tlogs

Hi,
suppose I've a job that runs SQL backup once a day and SQL tlogs backup every 4 hours, with application aware option.
As per what I know, the Post-job command runs only one time, once a day.
There is a way to make the post-command at the end of tlogs backup every 4 hours? I've not seen any chance...

Any help will be really appreciated

I don't believe you can have the option to run the script during the log backups as it is specific to the backup job itself so runs once a day as noted.
