Proxy hardware upgrade and concurrent tasks

Sorry if this has been posted before, but I couldn't find anything.

Some of my proxy servers are VMs. If I upgrade the vCPUs to use multiple cores per socket, I know I can increase my concurrent tasks on the proxy properties, but will the icon ever become a green check? Is there is a way to scan for the change in hardware?

Icon will turn green as long as the amount of cores is equal or more than the amount of max tasks assigned on the proxy server (assuming amount of cores will be detected properly). But the icon is for informational purposes only, so you may as well just don't pay attention to it. Thanks!
