Question about Multi-FLR issue resolved in v7.0 patch 4

Hi all,

Our customer has the question about resolved issue in v7.0 patch 4.
They've read "Multi-OS FLR" at v7.0 patch 4 release note and found below sentence.

'Folder permissions, group and owner IDs are not preserved when restoring a folder with "Preserve permissions and ownership" check box selected.'

They want to know the frequency and condition to occur, for investigating if they suffer or not.

Hello, Sohei. As far as I can tell, this check box simply did not work for folders. Does your customer consider patching and needs to justify its reasonability?

Yes, they consider doing so.
If this always occurs, of cource they should apply the patch.

Got it. Yes, according to QC, permissions and ownership were not restored for folders prior this patch.
