Quick Backup of VMs in Enterprise Manager

Hello all,
We have Veeam Enterprise Plus and we try to setup a group of VM users that can Quick Backup/Restore there VMs itself in Enterprise Manager.
We create an Account group with Role Portal User. When we try to add VMs for the restore scope we see the vCenter but no VMs underneath.
Users are Administrators of the VM in vCenter. What is missing?

If there is a chance you have a few backup servers added in the EM with different access rights to the vCenter? Thanks!
