Quick migrate

Can i schedule when the quick migration proccess will shutdown the source system?
What i mean is that i have a very big vm heavily used and i would like to specify the shutdown of the source system during my downtime window and not just when file copy finishes.

Has anyone tried to migrate with replication between two different vdcenter datacenters source 4.1 target 5.1?

Hello John,

Quick migration jobs do not have scheduling, but thanks for the feedback. If you want to control the failover operation, then you could probably use replication jobs instead. This will allow you to start the VM failover during your backup window.
