Rebuilt vCenter, current backup jobs point to old vCenter, how to change

Had an issue with our vCenter, and had to rebuild it.

In the process a new IP Address was assigned to vCenter and I've added it back into the Backup Infrastructure. The old vCenter with a different IP address is still hanging out. However all of the VM backups still point to the old vCenter. I don't see a way to edit these backups jobs, so it sees the new vCenter.

Is there a best practice on how to fix this so the current backup jobs point to the new vCenter and the different IP address?
