HI I wanted to know what is the best practice to backup a red hat cluster (on virtual machines) with db PostgreSQL

Use the Veeam Agent for Linux (postgresql support integrated).
Veeam for Red Hat Virtualization does not create application-consistent backups at the moment.

good morning , is not red hat virtualisation i use vmware.

Ok, then you can use to the linux agent too.
Or use scripts to get the database in a consistent state.
