My question is the following. I generated a repository reinforced with a virtual machine. I then deleted the virtual machine before removing the Linux server from Veeam. Now the server appears offline in Veeam. I want to remove it but it asks me for root credentials, which will not be able to connect to the server because it no longer exists. So the query is like being able to remove a Linux server that was a hardened repository if it no longer exists.
Thank you.

Re: Remove linux managed server that no longer exists.
There was a similar thread some time ago, IIRC. I think the solution there was, you have to enter credentials and when the request from the VBR Server times out (since the Linux Server can't respond anymore) it will inform you about the time out and then ask, if you want to remove it anyway. That should remove the server from the Veeam Database.

Re: Remove linux managed server that no longer exists.
I tried this but the remove failed with the error: "Infra item delete failed Error: There is not database record for deployer service on Linux server".
Any suggestions?

Re: Remove linux managed server that no longer exists.
I would suggest you open a case with Veeam Support for this.
