Renaming backup folder

I've followed the instructions from here until step 3 but, there is no "Rescan Repository" option. There is another repository set on the same nfs share in a different file location that does have the option. Why can't I scan it?

Is the backup repo part of a scale out repo.
Then rescan will not be available.
For sobr, you must rescan the entire sobr.
