Replication from Backup Copy metadata repository location

Post by philfreund » Jan 18, 2017 4:03 pm

I am getting ready to setup a number of replication jobs that will use the backup copies on my DR site as the replication source. When specifying the repository to hold the replication metatata, everything I have seen says to put it in a location where the source is. Since I'll be using the backup copies located in repositories on my DR Veeam B&R server as the source, do I correctly assume that I should pick a repository on the DR Veeam B&R server as the repository used to store the replica metadata?
