We currently have three vmware hosts with AMD processors. I'm planning to install a replication server in another building.
Q1: Does the replication server require veeam licenses or only the 3 servers that we're backing up?
Q2: Can the replication server have Intel processors?

Re: Replication Hardware CPU Requirement
A couple more questions came up if you don't mind.
Q3: Is it possible to replicate the vcenter server?
Q4: Should the replication server be added to my current vcenter environment?
Thanks

Re: Replication Hardware CPU Requirement
A3: Yes.
A4: I personally think it is not wise to have a disaster recovery product components running in the environment it is protecting.
