I have a question regarding replication jobs at a DR site..
I have a B&R 9 server and backups running at a main site, then backup copy jobs to a repository at DR, where I have a DR vSphere cluster and another B&R 9 server.
I have set up a replication job on the B&R 9 server at the main site. I selected the DR repository as the source and DR B&R server as the target proxy. Works fine.
My question is, would it be beneficial to set the replication job up on the DR B&R server instead of the main site? Any gains in speed or ease of administration/recovery?
Thanks!

Re: Replication Job
No gain in speed but ability to failover via Veeam B&R UI in case of losing the main site (along with main Veeam B&R server).

Re: Replication Job
Be aware though to select DR repository as a storage for replica digests to keep traffic local to DR site. Thanks.
