In the process of proposing Veeam B&R to the customer, the customer wants to be replicated, but the version of vCenter is different.
Source : 6.7.0
Target : 8.0.3
Can Replication, Failover, and Failback function normally?

Yes this is possible as the Source VM version will be supported.
As long as the target supports the highest level of VM then you will be fine.
Bear in mind however 6.x is not supported in V13.
