repository for replica metadata not available / missing

creating a new replication job and i am not able to select a repository location "repository for replica metadata"
its blank . i cannot select anything .

nevermind cannot store replication metadata on dedupe device .a

answered my own question.

Correct, you cannot store VM replica metadata on deduplicating storage appliances, but you can create a folder on backup server, assign repository role to it and use it for storing replica metadata. Thanks!
