@SerSunal looks like it would be difficult to understand the reason of the discrepancy without debug logs analysis, it's not a known issue according to our QA team. May I ask you to raise a support request and to share a case ID with us?

Give it a shot to open console without DPI scaling.

Make sure you're not also using "Make text bigger" option. Your issue is 100% connected to using some non-default OS settings along these lines.
