Hi,
I have some production VMs in a nework not reachable from veaam VBR where I need to restore some application items.
Can the application item restore wok without network connection to te VM? Maybe using VIX ?

No, this is not possible as we write directly into the application (network ports used) which is not possible through VIX.
What applications. There are usually additional ways to perform the restore. For example, nearly all Exchange customers use OWA and Active Sync over the internet, which would be enough for our Exchange restore to work.
As well you can leverage "exports" and then share the files with the application owner for import.
