Post by hittolo2 »

Hello there

I have a backups stored on a NAS. The problem is that this nas go down and not works. So i have a copy of data and i have set a new backup as the older (same folder and backups) but when i try to restore it tell me that not found the files.

I can’t import the bakups because who makes it encrypted the backup with password and so we don’t knnow it.

Some solutions?

Thanks

Hello, in general it's impossible to restore data from an encrypted backup if you don't know the password. However if your backup server is still alive and well, then our Support should be able to extract saved password from the configuration database. Thanks
