Hi guys,
I have a support case opened as well (03146946).
I'm trying to do a restore of a VM. I verify the backup exists on the storage but when i run the restore config I select the backup i want to restore from and then get a error message :Backup files are unavailable" but they should be there. I did a quick search and mentioned to rescan the storage, i did this and still have the same error.
What do i need to do to fic this?

Please keep working with out support team. They should collect debug logs to identify the root cause and schedule a webex if that's required. Thanks!
