Restore - Guest Files (windows) - missing disk (vmdk)

When trying to restore windows filesystem I cannot see one of the VM partitions.

Due to the size of the backup data, is guaranteed that the this specific disk has to be there.
There's also no errors on backup jobs. Not even index erros.

This particular partition resides on a 10TB VMDK. (ESX 5.5 cluster)

I can see and select the VMDK if I select VM disk or VM files restore.

Is there any size limitation that stops me from browsing the filesystem of this disk/partition?

What happens if you try to use Other OS FLR instead of Windows one? Also, I'm wondering what product version you're using.

Yes, I can see the disk content if I use Other OS FLR

Anyway, shouldn't I be able to see it on windows guest restore?
It's a 2012 R2 server.

Veaam 8.0.0.2021
Disk is a 10TB VMDK on a 12TB dedicated datastore.

I was just proposing a workaround that can be used for now. As to the particular volume not showing in Windows FLR wizard, it needs to be investigated with the support team. So, kindly, open a ticket with them.
